Refund policy

At Karinaaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your saree, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • The saree must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Important Notes:

  • Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for refunds
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect
